The site describes what we do. It is not an offer or a contract for services. Any engagement, including its scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, and data protection terms, is set out in a separate written agreement signed by both sides. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the signed agreement wins.
You can book a free Ops Audit through the site. The audit is a diagnostic conversation. It carries no obligation to buy anything, and we make no commitment to take on the work until a separate agreement is signed.
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harm others. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
The content, design, wordmark, and branding on this site belong to Belo and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Any intellectual property created during an engagement, including the configurations and instruction sets that make your systems work, is dealt with in the signed agreement for that engagement, not here.
Any results, figures, or quotes shown on the site describe the experience of specific clients. They are real, but they are not a promise or guarantee of the results you will get. Outcomes depend on your business, your data, and how the systems are used.
The site may link to third-party services, such as our booking tool. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will always be available, error free, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site. Our liability in connection with any paid engagement is dealt with in the signed agreement for that engagement.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
